The historic dry cleaning shop has been repurposed into a unique multipurpose space, boasting a pharmacy, office spaces, an exercise/yoga area, meeting rooms, a juice bar, electrical and IT rooms , and a large outdoor roof seating area. Despite the changes, the building has retained its original historical features and facade.
